The Attorney only processes the minimum amount of personal data that is necessary for specific purposes or occasions to enable you to use the Website, to respond to your request or to fulfil another obligation.

The following personal data is collected from Website’s visitors:

  • IP address and other data related to a terminal technical device, as well as data about the use of the Website,

If it becomes necessary for the Attorney to use the services of third parties, they will be bound by the implementation of specific data protection measures.

How can you exercise your rights?

I do not have a standard form for exercising rights. According to the Law on Personal data Protection, your request must contain at least:

  • Name or email or other data that will enable us to identify you;
  • A description of your request;
  • Your preferred form for receiving the data (if you want access to your personal data);
  • Signature, date of request, and preferred correspondence address.

I will use my best efforts to respond to requests to exercise rights within fourteen (14) days. In some circumstances, this may take us longer, depending on the complexity of your request. In certain statutory circumstances (for example, if you have objected to processing carried out based on a legitimate interest), I may not have to comply with your request in which case I will let you know the reason for the refusal.

How I protect your data?

I maintain a system of technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access or unlawful use and/or against accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, access, and/or corruption or copying. Here are some of the measures I implement: limited access to personal data; a duty of confidentiality on the part of data accessors; delineated access rights to personal data by authorized personnel; access on a need-to-know basis; and maintenance of physical, electronic, and other procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data.

What happens if you do not provide personal data?

You are under no obligation to visit the Website or to provide personal information to use it, but some features will not work if you do not provide it. I will not be able to respond to your questions if you do not provide us with the necessary contact details.

Do I use automatic processing of personal data without human intervention?

I do not use automated decision-making without human intervention, including through profiling, that may be relevant to you or affect you in any way.

How will the Attorney notify you of a change in the processing of personal data?

The Attorney may update this policy from time to time to meet internal practices and/or existing regulations. In the event of a change, the current version of the policy will be posted on the Website and, if consent is required for the processing of personal data, it will be requested.
